2018 Special Categories Submissions

Audible Science: Radio & Podcast 

After submitting, you will be invited to a shared Dropbox folder. Once you have joined, please upload your three representative episodes (mp3 format, 1-2GB per episode MAX) and 1 representative image for this series (ideally 1920x1080) to this folder. If you would like to enter a single podcast or radio program that is fine, as long as you understand your programs will be competing against series.

Interactive Submissions

Include as much information as possible on registration form. For length, put "00". You will receive a shared Dropbox folder to upload any supportive materials (e.g. documentation in writing for the judges about the media's interactivity and how it can be best be reviewed is suggested). Media that is not free on the Internet must give complimentary access/downloads (number may vary depending on number of judges). If these access codes expire, please wait until they are requested to allow the jury as much time as possible for their review. Interactive exhibits and media installations must submit videos, images, documents or other media to recreate represent their media experience as thoroughly as possible. VR/360° Storytelling Submissions

Virtual reality and 360° Storytelling submissions will be judged in their native format. Include as much information as possible on registration form. For length, put "00". Also, you will receive a shared Dropbox folder to upload representative images (ideally 1920x1080) and other information/media (all the platforms compatible with your program, specifying your preferred platform). You will be contacted as some point prior to the judging event  for the necessary media files.
